For over 13 years, my life was beautifully balanced between raising my two incredible children and running my own swim school for babies and toddlers. It was a fulfilling chapter — but after turning 50, I began asking deeper questions about who I wanted to become next.

After three years of procrastination and self-doubt, I realised I had to actively step into the woman I envisioned — a successful coach and retreat host.
